Trapeze | A true artist, an aerialist combining grace and style.
The pendant features an elegant solitary performance yet can be extended to a group by connecting the lamp with one, two or more. Designed with the intention of adding a new dimension to a functional object, interactive construction allows the user to combine uplight and downlight at the same time. The Trapeze pendant is beautifully crafted from steel and opal glass.

The feature that set Reginald Murray Williams apart from his competitors stemmed from his aptitude for leatherwork. The upper, constructed using a single piece of leather, a method that enhances durability and creates a timeless, clean look, remains a staple production technique of R.M.Williams styles today.

Having learned leatherworking skills from a passing horsemans known as ‘Dollar Mick’ in the Flinders Ranges, Reginald Murray Williams (RM) resolves to try his hand at producing leather goods. His first success comes by selling saddles to the owner of a group of cattle stations, which enabled RM to set up shop in his father’s shed in the Adelaide suburb of Prospect, 1934. This location, still one of R.M.Williams retail outlets, now hosts the R.M.Williams Outback Heritage Museum.

As a hybrid of the words ‘Object’ and ‘Allure’, Oblure embodies the initial delight felt in discovering an object that is completely new and unique. The ability to capture this sentiment of absolute awe is what makes Oblure such a strong and memorable brand.
With each design holding an element of surprise, Oblure has developed an impressive range of innovative objects that push the boundaries of lighting as we know it.
